The shots look like Germany @1992 or so, but I don't know that for sure. The red and yellow markings are reflectors that were present on all U.S. Army vehicles in Europe during that time.   READ

Tamiya also has a weathering powder set "Weathering Master Set D" with the colors to make the heat discoloration on exhaust pipes. See the web page LINK and scroll about 3/4 of the way down and you can view a video on how to use it. Good stuff and you don't even need an airbrush!! :-H m:-)...   READ

I have that kit...you have the tracks and decals out of it. Got it in a lot of kits from a friend of mine when he had to move to Spain and couldn't take them with him.
