Looking at the standard of work on this site that my ship is keeping company with, I have to say I'm pretty flattered by what you people have been saying - thank you again. We need a 'blushing' emoticon by the way... :-)

Great work Graham . Been thing about getting this kit after I got the 1/72 Uboat. How's the fit of the kit? Still dodgin' hurricanes in Louisiana Subhunter :-)

Yes I'm hoping to get the U-boat sometime to go alongside her - think they'll look good together. Fit isn't too bad, and you don't actually use much of the Revell kit anyway if you buy all the GLS sets. Only real snag can be mating up some of the PE (which is very accurately made) to the plastic (which isn't)! Hope they miss you, keep your head down!

Not a chance this time with Rita. She is now the 3rd most power hurricane ever in the gulf. I'm only about 80 miles from Galveston as the crow flies. The storm is 400 miles across. Gonna hunker down and work onmy 1/350 Arizona while the storm passes and the power holds out. subhunter
