Depends, are you doing one in US or Royal Navy service? Some of the US ones were operated in RN colours, others in USN colors.

If it's in the 1942 Western Approaches camouflage (green, blue, white) the colors would be (with reference to our Colourcoats enamels, which are accurately matched to the original colors):

RN 08 Western Approaches Blue;
RN 09 Western Approaches Green;
RN 10 Western Approaches White;
RN 05 MS.2 (for the steel decks);
RN 19 Royal Navy Antifouling Red; and,
C 01 Teak (for the wood deck sections).

If it's in the 2-color 1943 Western Approaches scheme (blue/white), the colors would be:

RN17 B.55 Blue;
RN10 Western Approaches White;
RN05 MS.2;
RN19 Royal Navy Antifouling Red; and
C 01 Teak.

There was no black boot-topping stripe with the Western Approaches schemes.

Bear in mind that many corvettes wore other camo schemes/colors, so some ship-specific research may be necessary for complete accuracy.
