Figures are Hecker & Goros and CMK, with several kit bashed and combined from other figures - note the Captain with his upraised fist as the torpedo is fired.

The mines on the stern are scratchbuilt from craft pearls. The depth charge rack is scratchbuilt. Note the 37mm ready ammo locker opened with shells on the shelf and a 1944 calendar pinup on the inside door.

Excellent job.

Great weathering, interesting posing of the torpedo, first class attention to details. Just a very, very nice build.

One very small quibble. A couple of the crewmen seem a bit out of place, just standing around, compared to the action poses of the others.

Thanks. I appreciate the observation about those couple crewmen and do not see that as a quibble. I also had my doubts about them, but the paint work came out so good, I could not bear to leave them out. Your pont, however, gave me the impetus to deep six them. Really improves the action.

Amazing work! I especially like your attention on the details and setting. I like the action that the torpedo entering the water, the captain's raised fist makes me hear that he's shouting "fire" command, and the sailor bowed down to pick up the tool that he dropped on the deck after the torpedo rail ... maybe he's under combat stress.

Agree with Roger on the pose of some other sailors.

Well nice work and thank you for sharing.

Thanks. The sailor behind the one who dropped the pliers is now gone, as is the one at the stern. I will save them for a more placid setting.
