Ahoy, Julien.
Welcome to Model Shipwrights mate!

Nice looking Elco, looks great for an OOB build....have you thought about entering our upcoming Community ship building contest, Julien? It would be a great way to get to know us all better!

Thanks for sharing, and hope to see you around more.......

That is one first class kit. As an OOB build, I really don't see a whole lot of advantage to getting aftermarket things except to get one of Wink's flags to put on it. And I like the rough way Ponch did the paint job. It gives it that "in the field" sort of look with out going all out and weathering it and all that happy jazz.

Very nice build. The only thing I noticed was that the ammo belts on the forward .50 cal. MG's slant outward instead of hanging straight down. It's a minor point, just thought I'd mention it. Other than that small nit-pick I can't see anything wrong with your PT. Just as an aside I wish someone would come out with something better than Photo-etched ammo belts, but not as difficult to build as the Voyager individual rounds and links. They have seatbelts made of flexible resin for A/C, why not make ammo belts of the same stuff?

Very nice work, and I do like the paint! The photos are also excellent, very nice lighting and contrast.

Belts - there is a synthetic ribbon, often used as bookmarks in appointment diaries and readily available at sewing stores, that might work. Soft, has a weave, can be glued. I used some as belts (webbing for packs), but might be good for ammo...
