hi there,
I've recently read about the USS Nevada sporting a bright orange paint job in its duty as the aim point for the ABLE shot during the operation CROSSROADS nuclear tests and it's made me curious. I've looked all over the net for pictures, but all I could find were some water-colour paintings and one grainy colour photo. I was hoping that someone here could point me towards some better photos of the ship itself in the orange, or even pictures of a model on the Nevada in this get-up...
