italer obviously has sold their data for PT 596 and PT 109. But a focke Wuld Aiplain in 1:18 scale?? Impressive

You could combine them with aircraft for a nice diorama. USS New York and Texas coming out as well. And another Indianapolis. 1/200 would be great for destroyers and cruisers, and escort carriers.

Those MRC/Merit PT boats are a perfect 'Goldilocks' size - not too big, and not too small. Big enough for detail better than 1/72, and small enough not to take up a whole shelf. Great for cross-modelling with Tamiya 1/48 vehicles and aircraft for dios and still won't take up a lot of space. Just hope Merit's (aren't they associated with Trumpeter somehow?) quality is worthy. It's good that Hauler already make resin & PE AM sets for .50's and .30's - probably come in handy. Hope an SBoot is forthcoming!
