Now this looks like a potentially fantastic build indeed and a S-Boote.
Can't wait.

The Hull is now together. Going by the References I have, The Bilge Drains and Outlets are in the wrong spots. I sanded them off and redrilled them in the correct Positions. The Exhaust Outlets and the Water Intakes were moulded solid. I drilled them out and backed them to negate the See-through effect. More to come soon.....Cheers mark

Hi Mark,
Just been having a look at the Griffon etch set . . . Wow !!
That's some detail you've got to add on there - like the Vosper miniature. I have the schnellboot in my stash and wondered about the etch, all is about to be revealed.
Certainly improved the bridge area already,
Cheers Kev

I love how this build is shaping up already!
Great photoetch work Mark and the exhaust is such a subtle but superb improvement.
Keep the updates coming mate.
Cheers

Hi Mark,
love your build already!! Thorough documentation, great details from the PE...and naval hightech of the period!!
Super combination!!
Thanks for letting us watch!!
Cheers
Romain
P.S.: I didn't know Swordfish flew in "all metal look" as well!
What material did they use for the wings??

Excellent fit and super neat work Mark. Looks a lot "crisper" than the plastic.

That PE adds a lot of detail to a very visible area, very nice. Al
