The ship my dad went to war on.

The news today is USN finally 'found" Houston. USS Houston CA-30 Historical Society people have been diving on it and telling USN about it for years.

The headline seems to be misleading. The report says the US Navy 'confirmed' that the wreck was the Houston, not that they 'found' it. I think it was just making the matter official for the books.

Yes, I noticed that eventually. BBC and Daily Mail's headlines from search engines stated "found", while most sources stated "confirmed".
