Hey John,

Hi. Had another bout of insomnia last night, even watching a episode of SEINFELD didn't help ... That said, I got to thinking about stuff.

I remembered things from my days on campus at CCSU FROM 1978-83, which actually made me smile a little.

But, then, I thought about boats like MGB-60, 61, 64 and 86. Why were they painted white? Wouldn't that make them easier to spot? Or, am I just being dumb?

And, while I'm typing this; the Elco 70-footers which were lend-leased to the RN as MTBs, and I'm thinking about a photo of the boat which became MTB-263, still at Elco, .... what color was she painted in?

Maybe Mr. Ross would post that photo here so that you can see it.

Garth
