Ahoy Mica

Truly magnificent work.

Very very well done indeed.

I love the paint effects and subtle weathering.

Thanks for sharing this superb build.

Cheers

Micha,

I don't know what is left to say...this is an absolutely stunning model!!
I can sed it's the best Bismarck-model I have seen ever! That beats even those from the usual German museums...

Just thanks for sharing, and thank you very much for posting all those superb pictures of the final ship, I have been enjoying every single one of it and I know I will come back to this from time to time to watch them again!!!

Cheers,
Jan

Hi Micha

All I can do is echo the comments of Sean, Gary and Jan.

I have really enjoyed following this build, and have learned a lot that will help me when I build the Revell 1/350th with the Pontos set.

Great job,

Si

Micha,

Thank you for sharing this outstanding build. It has been a learning experience watching you turn these parts of plastic into a master piece. It is a true pleasure to watch you work.

As they were referred to in the old days.
I still think that ships are the senior service in the modelling world. You just need a lot of room to keep them.

Hi Michael, love following your build. So not being all that new to modeling what does clear coat do, why use it? And can you tell me what specific brand do you use, do you put it in your airbrush or use a spray can? Thanks for your help and thanks for all the great posts.

Many thanks @all!

It was painted with the Airbrush and colors of Lifecolor (99% I guess). The rest is AK Interactive or Revell).

Cheers
