Hello i am coruntly building a 1/35 G-5
I have a constructed a rudamentry cockpit and stuck plasty strip in side the coning tower
I am now wondering what colour to paint it
After serching multivak for hours i found not much
Sugestions welcomed
Ps im new here new to the internet

I would venture to suggest the Russians would use any paint they could get their hands on ...
Given a choice, I would go off white with perhaps wooden floor boards.

I was thinking a light blu gray with wood floor planking and bits and bobs in wat feels good
I allso plan to start a build log wonce i have mastered the dark art of uploading photos

Also started this kit and scratched an interior. Reference photos are hard to come by. Found these pictures on a Russian model building site.

Glad to help. I'll have to take some pix and figure out how to post them. I used to use Photobucket and had to switch. Still having trouble posting from the site that I'm using now.

Took me awhile to figure this out, hope it works.
Success, sort of. Can't figure out how to make pix larger.
Forward gun tub.
Also lengthened torpedo 'troughs'.
Got as close as I could to the real thing, but used a little "Imagineeering" also. Al

Your intereor is more comleet than mine jelos of your imagenering skill
I plumpt for humbrel steel gray in the end which looked apropreate
My g5 is now finished and ive started my s388

Been having problems uploading photos myself lately. Used to use Photobucket, but had to switch hosts. Can't seem to get the hang of using the new site. Hope to see some pictures from you in the future. Planning on going back to my G-5 soon. Al
