Hi Mat

the pontos masts look good...

From what I can tell from my references, I believe the objects lashed to the superstructure that sit above the carley floats are nothing more than additional flotation devices...

They look to be simple tubes lashed together with rope and then bundled up for storage...

I could be totally wrong though

Hi Mark,

thank you for the compliment. The ladder position looks a bit weird but this is how Pontos wants you to mount it. I guess that in reality there was a hatch in the floor of the upper platform

Hi Russell,

I think I will make some bundles of 0.25 mm wire and see if that looks realistic. Once I get my carley rafts in from l'Arsenal I will try to make some and compare them for size/scale
