Si,

Nice collection you have there. I am sure that you will enjoy the Infini upgrade set for the Kagero.

For my recent purchase I acquired the Lifecolors IJN set. The hull red is a little suspect though as I think it is a little too bright red. Guess Ill find out soon enough.

The Yokosuka Grey was needed for the Shokaku build, should be ready to apply some color in the next month, guess we will see how they work out then.

And the Pontos set for the USS Texas.

Small ship purchase at the IPMS Nationals at Telford.

The New 1/350 Bora, a 1/350 Neptune and some 1/350 Russian gun barrels, also but not in the photo a deck marking decal set for the Kuznetsov.

Including a small book on the modern Russian navy.

Oh and a modern RN ship, HMS Kent.

Those Takara/Tomy dios -

- I did not know about them. I'd like to see them.

Has anyone looked at the Takara cruisers and battleships that are pre-assembled, in segments, showing the interior? I have a CA that I have been meaning to review here for almost 10 years!

I recived Fujimis IJN Shokaku today. I'm now waiting for the aftermarket stuff.
But I have to say this is really a big ship, especially compared to the IJN Hosho .

Marco, nice haul.

Can you tell me what the Konig kit is like, I've been thinking of picking one of these up but keep pulling away as I don't know what they are like.

I built the Konig on here a few years ago using the GMM set.

Oh I forgot the wooden deck..

Its um moldy and flashy
Hull has a seam, should be fixed by sanding. the propellers are flashy but also fixable. the gun barrels seem fine. Photo-etch is going to be a must. Speaking of photoetch this news just came out. Seems I was right about the pe i got, it was a copy of GMM"s set

So three packages came in this week.
This one all the way from Ukraine
From Kentucky we have this:
And from china we have a possible copyright infringement suit Gonna have to contact GMM about them.
Wonder how many more things are going to be added to the stash before I get around to restarting work on the USS Texas

Nice one Si, I've just got a couple of weeks until I can pick up my Ark, that series of camo books are really good.

Well a small packet arrived today, barrels for the Pola and some yard arms and tapered masts.
