With this display we can have the notion of size and shape, weapon arrangement and more differences between these classes. Coastal and Oceanic Classes are quite different, aren't they?

Hi Pete,
Cool collection of subs there and a neat way to display them. Thanks for sharing.
Cheers

Very nice! I was actually going to do something similar. I'm currently working on my 2nd 1/144 boat and I also have the minelayer, so it should come out nice...... once I finish them.

Hi Pete,
All came out really well (as usual ) and a great idea in the first place.
Looks even better in real life.
Looking forward to see your type XXIII project finished and mounted.
May be another future feature eh .
All the best
Vic

Hi Everyone,
Thanks for the kind comments regarding my handy work.
I will say that these first attempts at modelling submarines have been a very pleasant experience for me, made all the more so by the friendly welcome and numerous offers of advice to a boating novice, this is the most welcoming modelling site I have come across todate, thanks.
Hell its Friday night, the wifes out and as Vic knows I like a drink so I raise a pint of cool not cold English beer to you all.

Oh well, too much again
