Good job Christer!
It is a different way of showing a 1/700 scale model, now that I am used to put them on a water base....
Thanks for sharing Mark

I agree with Skip. Maybe we should have a poll, which do you prefer, waterline or full hull, and why?

This was my first full hull ship! My earlier one's, USS Tarawa and LST Shimokita, "float" in the water line mode.
I usually prefer water line dioramas, but I was a litle bit "exhausted" and just wanted to build a boat and skip the "rest". The display base I used to the HMS Liverpool is enclosed in the kit. The second reason I displayed it in this way, is beacuse I wanted to test something new.
Yours Sincerely
/Christer

roy,
Great build and a very nice looking ship. Glad to see that your doing a full hull now to get you to come over to the dark side....1/350...lol

Thanks, I liked to build HMS Liverpool.
Sorry, but I have another 1/700 ship for the Leyte Gulf Campaign: the IJN Mogami. This will be my first WWII ship.
Cheers
