"Spawned from our recent "Riverine Military Craft" Campaign, comes this fantastic diorama scene built by crew-mate Zdeněk Petrovič (zdenda), the focus of this MSW photo feature!"
Model details:
The Pibber is built from Tamiya kit (Tamiya 1/35 U.S. Navy PBR31 MK. II Pibber - 35150), and the Saipan, base model, is the Drakar kit, 1:60 scale, from Smer Models (with a Major scratchbuild overhaul!).
The figures, are a mixture of Verlinden and Hobbyfan sets....various natural materials were used for the vegetation, water is made of resin and Woodland Scenic Water effects.

Excellent work Zdeněk!
The Jungle atmosphere is very well captured, and the water is also very convincing!
I have to ask:
- I was able to identify 8 figures in the dio, 4 VC, 4 USM. Are there more?
Congratulations
Rui

Wow, that dio is gorgeous! The water looks so real with the mud churning and the jungle is excellent. Amazing!

Great job, congratulations.
I really love this dio, there is a real jungle atmosphere in there.

Great dio.. Lots of detail. The only thing I see wrong is the brass on the bow of the boat, the spent brass on the fifties drops out of the bottom into the tub(making it very hard to stand)..
Great work

These PBRs were not called "Pibbers" that is a contrived name from Tamiya !
