About Carl Musselman (CarlOmaha)
FROM: NEBRASKA, UNITED STATES

I just got back into building models in November 2007. Ships, this time. It has been about 8 years since I was actively modeling. Since I was a kid, I have built cars, planes, armor, ships, submarines, and wooden ship models. I am currently building a collection of 1/700 post WWII/Modern USN surf...

Once again another nice build Carl. It was always strange when one of those little buggers would come darting at you on thier foils. Oddly enough both of my captains served on PHM's before coming to the Scott.

For anyone wanting to build this in 1/350, we have it available as WEM kit number K3551 USS Pegasus, though it can be built as any of the class.

Thank you, very much, for the kind words, Gents! I did it just for fun. I wonder if anybody else has ever made the "lil' bugger". It came with a Skywave FFG kit. I should have tried harder to replicate an open tripod tower for the dome. I had thought about putting two or more on the same water, but didn't come across the right size plexiglass display case until after this one was done. I still have about three of them from various DML and Skywave ktis. The guys at the local IPMS meeting, tonight, enjoyed it.
