"Kostas Katseas shares one of his latest wonders with us, this time, it's the USS Yorktown, CV10 1944, in 1/350 scale, in this MSW "On Display" Feature!"

Model Kit: Trumpeter Models 1/350 USS Yorktown CV10 1944 Aircraft Carrier, Model #5603.

This kit apparently has quite a few of mistakes and omissions. Some of them were corrected, and some were not. The weathered look was a special request from my client, whom this commission was built for.

Outstanding work on that decking, aircraft are all seemingly single, not painted as one which most, if not all people paint them, flaps ? Does this get better ?

Thank you to everyone here for your kind remarks. The figures used are resin cast by Goffy models.I personally purchased them off from Ebay. They are a bit more work than the normal etched figures but the end result is immeasurably more realistic.
