The Project...
I've enclosed photos of my latest build, the Trumpeter 1/700 HMCS Huron, 1944 built as the HMS Tartar, 1944. The kit is pretty decent, but needs a little cosmetic work on the hull. I used the WEM Tribal Class PE detail set which is very well done and has nice railings. I made slight modifications to the rear deckhouse arrangement of the pom pom and mainmast, and used BMK brass barrels, along with stretched sprue for the rigging. All in all a pretty neat kit
