SS Pearl…

My latest build, the Battlefleet 1/700 S.S. Pearl. I built it as an imaginary coastal trader. I actually "borrowed" the positioning of the masts and their construction from photos of the really great build that Jim Baumann did of the same model. I used brass masts, PE railings, chocks and lifeboats that I had in my spares box, Battlefleet vents, L'Arsenal ladders, and Floquil and Testors paints. Rigging was caenis line and stretched sprue. All in all a nice little kit.

Very nice, Bobby, don't you feel good after building that, and very well done for choosing this little kit, a bit a fresh air in model making I would say, and as the sails show! Peter F
