This latest offering from Kostas is a metal model offering from Neptune. Kostas describes this build as taking a break that he needed. The 1/1250 metal models from Neptune are among the best in terms of accuracy and detail in that scale, and with a few touch ups like replacing the masts and adding some basic etch details they offer a great alternative to those who are restricted in terms of space and construction time. They are not cheap, but they are all metal and what they lack in size they make up for in durability. I am more and more getting drawn into these little gems.
