I.R.N. Borodino

  • move
Nikos Kosmadakis shares with us one of his latest creation of the Imperial Russian Navy Battlecruiser Borodino making some evasive moves in battle. The Borodino as it turns to fire its broadside to the Japanese fleet

Nikos used Zvezda's 1/350 scale Russian Battleship to depict his watery scene at sea. He used some generic 1/350 rails and the artwox decking to enhance the kit. The rigging was done with black copper wire 0,1mm and wig hair. For the seascape he used styrofoam and cotton with gloss medium.

Model Shipwrights would like to thank Nikos Kosmadakis for providing these pictures of his Battlecruiser Borodino.
