Van Impe Yvan shares a few photos of his latest creation, HMS Belfast.. The base kit for this diorama is Trumpeter's 1/350 scale HMS Belfast, 1942. With a few extras added from Flyhawk Model and , the model was painted using Life Color's Royal Navy Set and the base has been created using styrene.

Very nice work, really like the paint job and rigging. Both make the ship really stand out.

How did you like the Flyhawk PE? Was it to thin or to thick? I have this kit and was thinking about purchasing the Flyhawk PE. My concern is that the PE is so thin you cannot get it off the fret without bending or distorting it.
