Montcalm was a French La Galissonnière-class cruiser, named in honor of Louis-Joseph de Montcalm. During World War II, she served with both Vichy France and the Allies. It was commissioned in 1937, decommissioned in 1957, and finally scrapped in 1970.
French Cruiser Montcalm
Veniamin Litvin presents his model of the light cruiser "Montcalm" depicting the ship from about 1940, in 1/350 scale. The kit is from Combrig. The shape of the model corresponded to the 1940s, however, Veniamin had to redo or add some details. A lot of photo etch and metal gun barrels were added from his stocks.
