Port Angeles
When the Fleet arrived in Puget Sound, the Second Squadron divided off to Port Angeles under Rear Admiral Emory. They were then split to send the Third Division, the USS Louisiana, Virginia, Ohio and Missouri for a two day visit in Port Angeles.
This card was mailed by Rex Wilhite, USMC, USS Virginia. The presence of Native Americans of the Northwest was a fascinating feature for sailors of the Great White Fleet
