Well as much as I like WWII, I'm with Kenny and Frank WWI just has that something about it. No radar, aircraft only just starting to make a effect on things and the combat is still mostly carried out without the aid of the technologies which came in in the 20's and 30's.
But we need more in plastic 1/700 and 1/350 scales

I also voted for WWI, and in PLASTIC please. The resin manufacturers, God bless them, do a great job on kits of this era, but not everybody can afford to work in resin. ICM does some very nice 1/350 WWI German BBs, and Revel's 1/350 cruisers show what can be done in this scale and era. Now if only somebody would come out with a 1/350 plastic kit of the ship that started it all, HMS Dreadnought, there would be a LOT of happy model campers.
