Now, this is one of those situations that, if you reproduce this in 1/700 scale will make a lot of people think and wonder... is this right? Is this completely wrong? This guy don't understand nothing of modern navies!

You can bet some poor slob will model it only to have some judge kick it out for being inaccurate.
