While visiting The Historic Dockyard Chatham today I spied this in the restoration area of the No.3 covered slipway.

Hi Rodger, sorry there was no info and no one around at the time to ask. I will be going back sometime as there was to much to see in one day, hopefully may find some one then who can tell me more.
