I think its a minesweeper but I could be wrong.

I believe it is a former British Ham class Inshore minsweeper, built in the late 1950's.

I can't tell where it serves now - is that a French flag back aft? Belgian? I'd rather believe that photo is of a civilian-owned vessel than a current military vessel that is fifty years old, made of wood.
