That would be the USS Torsk (SS-423), a museum sub located in Baltimore.

Found it. The USS Puffer. "Painting by Robert F. Kennedy (not the one you think of)! on the bow of the Puffer (SS-268), taken while berthed in Hawaii around Sept. 15, 1945. The stern was painted like a bee stinger possibly in gold and yellow. "
