Could it be that nobody reacted on that ace SBS after one good week?!! Where on earth are you guys?!
Congratulations Grzegorz for an *oustanding* work, both in terms of choosing the model, conception, building, way higher than what's considered to hbe excellent painting and weathering, digital photography and writing, i wish I could see more stuff with such an outsanding (again) quality! And extra thanks to Mark for sharing such an ace work!

Hi Greg,

A truely amazing and detailed piece of work. Thanks for taking the time to document your build, the finished product is superb. You chose a very interesting and unusual subject and I can only echo what jb said the workmanship here is outstanding.

Thanks for sharing this one, there is a lot to be learnt from this outstanding piece of work.

Amazing, Inspiring and Creative just some of the adjectives that spring to mind.

Cheers

Excellent! Thanks for sharing that one -nice dub track too
i reckon the clip is excellent, it's so funny and weird to see your model used in such a setting!
I hope we will see more of your scratchbuilding talents in a not too distant future, there's more to love with boats
btw -the clip is the official one right? it's very talented I think..

Hey Mark, it is cool indeed to see what they used it for

JB, thanks for the kudos (again! )
I belive the clip is, well, an unofficial one, but also it may be the only one made for this track? Anyway it was the initiative of the authors of the clip and not the Dj's AFAIK.
As to my scratchbuilding, well why not? I actually was thinking recently about doing some Vietnam riverine force project if the time allows me . Monitor perhaps or something smaller preferably (ASPB?) For now I don't have enough references anyway

Cheers

Greg,

That is one AWESOME scratchbuild! And I really appreciate the SBS.

You say it is about 60cm in length, how wide is it?
I have been thinking about doing a dio with a half sunken boat/ship in it and this is the type I had in mind.
Is there any way I could get a copy of the plans you used? If not, I may be PMing you for a few measurements if that is OK.

Cheers, BillK
