Hi all,
One of my fellow submarine buffs posted a link on www.subcommittee.com
to a french site, containing a large number of plans of french naval vessels.
(not just subs).
I thought you might be interested as well. this link takes you to the clickable index
of the plans (alll in Tiff format)

yep Ronald, and since you have got the very good idea of telling everybody, i may add that you have also extremely high quality plans of stuff that eventually made it up in France's [auto-censored]nals: for instance some u-Boot, the Bibber and even American LSTs type of boat.
Personal favourites: the Cosmao, the Bouvet, the Pothuau, but also some WW2 ships!
Shame about the small size of the pictures that are sometimes given with the plans, and generally speaking the lack of pictures.

Hi Ronald
Thanks for the link
And Jean-Bernard, apart from the built errors
they were used by the Marine Nationale
And you should be thankfull for the service sharing those info's!! I wish our navy could (would) do the same
At least there are two of those links that are usefull for us (Portuguese Navy Shipmodelers): Comandant Riviere and the Daphneé submarine
Skipper

Hi Rui
Now there is something very weird about my post that i didn't re-read! I had written the word 'ar-se-nals' (without the '-'). Could it be that it is one of Staff_Jim's jokey's programmation that wiped me the first 4 letters of my word to write an [autocensored] thing, this is crazy!!
Though the least I can say is that i am not very keen on French army for personal reasons, I reckon the job they did is outstanding, but indeed some "serious" boat modeler told me once there was "annoying differneces" between what the plans show and further pictures on some boats
