I build armour and figures but have been wanting to expand to ships. I am particularly interested in 17th century and earlier so from galleons to Triremes. I am not sure where I can find the best selection of ship models (plastic) on the net so any suggestions welcome. I would also like some suggestions for a model that has sails but relatively easy for a beginner shipbuilder but not modeler.

I had a similar road to the ship building world. Got back into building and started out wth armor and now am getting more and more into building ships. I had built a few in the past so, I suppose it isn't all that strange I ended up back here. Now I just have to resist teh urge to go back over the the aircraft people.
