hellow all
Requiring help with a build of arfix E Boat.does anyone out there have any reference matirial or knows where i can find some for colours and markings.I,m hopefully trying to do something other than the light gray scheme maybe something like a winter atlantic scheme same as a u boat

hi Keith

First, Welcome to MSW!
And as for your question, early E-Boats were painted in the light grey/ drak grey scheme... Only the latest S-38 and S-100 types got more colourfull schemes.... If you accept a suggestion, built this one and paint it in the normal scheme and then get the Revell S-100 type and go for a more "tricky" painting scheme

If you haven't already found it here is a great site for all things S-Boote, http://www.prinzeugen.com/SBOATIND.htm It pretty much echos Skipper about the early vs late boats camo but it may give you some ideas.

Thanks for the info but have already build the revell s 100 as a dioram have a look in my photos.Ah well will just have to get another to play with .
