New u-boat model from Special Navy type IIA 1/72 in january 2008.
5 sprues, PE, PUR and white metal parts. Decals for U-2 and two variants of U-3.

and what is the length/width of this model ?

sure would like to R/C it ! 1/72 sounds reasonably do-able.

Hi Jiri

Great news for the 1/72 scale sub fans!
This is more or less half the size of a Typ VII-C, so...
And here's a Walkaround by yours truly taken in Helsinki, Finland of the Vesikko a Typ II uboot used by Finish Navy in the late 30's

That is one good looking kit.. you know, the more time I spend here, the more I realize there is almost no point in getting old kits, or resurrecting the boxes in your attic (except for the "one of a kind" types). The new kits are just SO MUCH better... (I have been away from the hobby a long time ) Thanks for posting!
