I am looking for a source for decals for 1/350 Russian submarines.

try www.whiteensign.com.they have a lot of decals.i do not know if there are any russian.

Hmm, that's a tough one, mate...off hand, I'm not aware of any dedicated A/M producers of Russian sub decals...you may have to resort to making your own (which is not difficult, with a little PC work).
Micro-Mark sells decal making supplies and accessories, check em out here ...and there are also many custom decal makers that will make them for you, J-Bot Decals is a good start...hope this helps you out some!
