Hi Guys -
As WWI ended the US were finalizing their S boats, and while they didnt see action during that conflict ,some actually saw service during WWII. I understand that a company called COMBAT MODELS is manufacturing a vac form kit of this vessel. This company is apparently operating out of Pennsylvania.
Does anyone have any info on this company? I am very interested in aquiring one of these kits.

Ahoy Jim!
I myself build all genre's of models, although ships were my first (an most fave
) of them all, and I must warn you....ship-building is quite contagious, mate, and you just may find yourself hanging out here more and more! (which is a very good thing, btw...
)Since you have two pre-dred's in the slipway, have you thought about signing up for our Pre-Dreadnought Campaign 1866-1905 ? It's a great way to make friends, build a ship model with your mates, and learn about these grand old girls...
Keep Modeling!

Sign me up,Gunny!!!!
I should be able to complete the build on time,as most of my projects take 3 to 6 months to complete .....My 1:72 U boat took a year...Can I use photo etch and brass barrels? Can it be waterline in an underway setting?
