hello all,
in my new issue of FineScale Modeler,Dragon has a new smart kit.
it is a Gleaves Class Destroyer,the USS Buchanan,DD-484 1942 in 1/350 scale.it looks like alot of PE and some masks for it.
i do not have a price,so i guess that one of the staff might be able to get more info.

Kenny had a news story on that one posted. I had seen a couple places with per-orders but no prices, yet. Yes, this will be on my "To get list." She will look great along side my USS Sullivans.

The MSRP can be found on Dragon's site; I don't recall exactly but I believe the base version will be around $46 MSRP. There will be premium editions out later. Dragon will be releasing multiple Benson/Gleaves destroyers in different time periods and fits. I can't comment much more than to say that there are going to be a lot of very happy modelers out there soon.

Too many kits, so little time... I am "kit-buyed-out" for the next few years.... stash hit the ceiling cap of same number of boxes as shoes in the closets of my wife and 2 teen daughters
