Also on PBS is a 10 part series about the Nimitz, called Carrier. So, far it has been interesting. I hope they head down to talk to the snipes some. So far its been the aviation folks.

The Yamato show is available from PBS for $19.95. The 10 part series on the Nimitz, Carrier, is availabel for $34.95.

Very interesting show. It was neat to hear sailors who served on her tell their story. Curious that they didn't mention she had a sister ship.

The never did mention the Musashi nor did they mention their sister Shinano, the CV.
