Hi all

The Museu de Marinha (Navy Museum) and the GAMMA - Grupo dos Amigos do Museu de Marinha (Group of Friends of the Navy Museum) in Lisbon, contacted several ship modelers to make a exhibition on ship models. Not that they need any more models, but so that other visitors, portuguese and also foreigners can have an idea of what is happening in the National Ship Model Community and see if there's a chance to get more persons interested in this (very) attractive area of modeling.

So, if any of you are going to be around Lisbon, in the period between May, 20th and November 20th, you will have a chance to get a little more of Museu de Marinha with the exhibits of 7 ship modelers, that are not affiliated with the Museum, but share the same passion for ships.
Give it a thought....

Good luck with this endevour, and like Mark has stated, it's a real shame we're so far apart.

I have promised Lori a trip back to Spain, my side of the family resides all throughout the country. When we do make the trip in a year or two, we'd be honoured to share a few Tapas and a few beers with you and your wife.
