First of all, welcome to MSW.
Try looking at
Battle Fleet Models
Harry has a very good selection of 1/700 docks and realted items.

Hi Michaelk
As Jim as said, Welcome to MSW
You can also find some 1/700 diorama accessories from:
- Pitroad/skywave old diorama sets (docks, u-boat pens, buildings and factories, etc) mainly on LHS or ebay;
- Loose Canon also have some buildings
- Battlefleet Models have a good pier set (that you can combine) and also the finest auxiliary ships in the market
- Tamiya, Fujimi and Hasegawa share a couple of sets (Cranes and Tugs)
Hope this helps your project,
Keep us posted and if there's anything else we can do to help you, please ask
Cheers,
Rui

Michael,
Since you are in the US, might I also suggest Roll models. They stock quite a bit of the Pitroad kits in 1/700. It takes them a couple of weeks to ship, but the prices and availability are worth it to me. Try them.........................Bruce
