Does anybody here work in a nautical field? Any 1:1 scale boatbuilders, shipwrights or Naval Architechs? I'm looking for information on how to get an entry level job building boats or helping in the design phase. Eventually (like 20+ years from now) I'd like to strike out on my own and design custom boats.

It is good to see a person who knows where they want to go in life. Too many have no clue.

Mark has some good links for you. Makes me wish I was 20 years younger!
