Wow, I shouldn't stay a way from this site more than a few days, one more time what a great sense of colour! and then the icebreaker actually breaking some ice is certainly not a very common subject -but what i prefer is the huge contrast between the dark sea, the orange and whites, congratulatiosn Rui, your mantlepiece must really begin to look loike Something these days!

Allô Jean-Bernard!
Thanks for your compliments - and indeed, this ship breaks all the attention towards it, mainly because of the color!
It stands out in the middle of all those grays
Thank you (once again)
Rui

Gorgeous work... ditto the "ice crunching" comment, the composition reflects an active scene vis-a-vis a passive "ships is here and so is the ice". Another great work (and bookmark) for future reference~!

As sweet as a Portugese custard filo pastry with cinnamon on top.

nice to see ideas aired over a beer at Telford come to fruition! Great job Rui, I like it a lot. My variation on the ice theme is still in the box!

Very Nice build Rui!!
Wished I'd been there for the pastry, but Peter F. sent photos.
@ Mike Mc
Hope that box is in the frig, the ice might melt!

Rui, I have to repeat what everybody else is saying with great work! I love the way the ice is done and the weathering is perfect! I think this is my favorite of your builds so far...
