Brilliant bit of work Dade! These pre-dreadnougths are a tough challenge, and you've done an admirable job with it. Thanks for the how-to, especially on the rigging, it'll come in handy when I eventually get there.
great build up review, thanks Dade

Top notch Dade.
I echo Franks comments. When I get the nerve to build one of my pre-dreads this will help a good deal.
BZ!!

Amazing work... and great review! The details are fantastic and your build log is truly a "lesson". One of those kits waaaay beyond my capabilities (at least for now!). Oh, the case also looks fantastic! Great job all around, thanks for sharing! Cheers

Hey guys,
Thanks for all the nice words. I hope that my build review can help with the build process for others. I hope you enjoyed reading it as much as I enjoyed writing it. It also gave me a reason to stop being lazy about taking some nice pictures of my Mikasa. The old pictures were taken with my previous camera and weird lighting, but these pictures were taken just a few days ago with my new camera and studio lights and look muuuuch better!
Thanks again!
