What manufacturer makes good WWII Royal Navy ships?
I have the Tamiya Rodney, but i think it's going to take a ton of work to get it up to Trumpeter or DMLs current standards. Does any one else make some good ones? Any Aircraft Carriers?

Steve, how about Tamiya's
British O Class destroyer
HMS Repulse
HMAS Vampire (Australian, but once British, I believe.)
All very nice kits IMHO. All fairly new releases

If you stick with plastic models then you can have the more recent ones and good ones actually at:
Tamiya:
- E class destroyer
- V/W class destroyer
- Repulse
Trumpeter:
- Hood in both versions
You can get a few more capital ships from Tamiya but they are older molds and therefore they require a bit more work.
Sadly, cruisers you can't get many other then the old Matchbox Exeter and Ariadne and carriers only the old Revell Ark Royal and the old Aoshima Illustrious class. Though Skywave still produces, me thinks, a Tracker class CVE with fairly good quality.
If you go to resins then the choice is MUCH bigger.

Yeppers, Filipe has that right, the resin market has a ton of RN goodies in all sizes. WEM and Pacific Front Hobbies both have a long list available.
You could also go with any of the styrene USS Ward kits, they were the first of the lend-lease destroyers the US sent Great Britan, I believe that there is a dedicated kit from one of the manufacturers out there to represent a lend-lease ship.
