Just got notification from HLJ that the new Fujimi IJN carrier Kaiyo has been shipped. I've also ordered the dedicated PE set. I'll do my best to post a review when I get back home from my current work stint.

Are you working on building the entire IJN?

Can't wait to see your review when she arrives in port.

Collecting... yes, building... well that will depend on my state of mind when (and if) I retire!

well we are modelers, and collectors (gatherers????)!
It really depends on our interest and size of the "cave" where we stash our goods

I think that is why I switched to 700. That darn 350 Saratoga is just too darn big to hide.

Hehehee, spoken like a true "married man"

My only problem was when the neighbors upstairs started asking for rent when the stash in the closet expanded to the point where it was necessary to open the ceiling for an extension. Who would have thought that they would have noticed a 'slight' three foot step up in their closet floor???
