MSW crewmate Anthony Kochevar (ajkochev) sends us his second MSW submission, this time, a fine looking build of the IJN carrier, Unryu, in this "On Display" feature!

Hi Anthony

Thank you for sharing your Unryu with us!
I am also found of the green camo, and you have put a good level of detail on your built!
Top notch!
Congratulations,

Rui

Wonderful job on her. I have always thought that was the most unique camo scheme on a ship during WWII. Thank you for sharing her with us.

Thanks everyone. The kit is injection molded and very well done by Pit Road. Especially the fret of small motor launches and rowboats. This fret has lots of detail on the peices, borderline to some resin quality details.

The fit of the deck to the hull wasn't too good though, and as a result I had some gaps that I had to fill in myself. An excellent kit but somewhat hard to find nowadays.
