Nice and clean work, I like the addition of the extra "nest".

Bob,

Excellent work, even more so when one remembers the age of the kit you started with, your work reminds me of the models built from the same kit by Joe P. AKA Grey Wolf (I hope my whiskey sodden brain has not failed me) unfortunately we have not seen a lot from him recently, I do hope that you will continue to excite us with your work.

Must go my glass is only 1/2 full

All the best

Thanks for the nice compliments, guys! It was worth the effort, as I built it for Garth Connelly, and I wanted it to come out nice for him. I just told him that any future collaborations have to be in 1/700 scale!

Hi Bob

First I would like to apologize for the late reply (work, work and more work)!

Considering the model age (older than me!) and the off-scale from what I know from your models, I have to agree with all the other guys that you have produced a very fine and, most important of all, unique Typ VII-B U-boot! It sure is different from U-47 and U-99, that we usually see, when a Typ VII-B is portrayed... *

Congratulations and surely, Garth was a Happy U-boot Camper!

Rui

(*note): I have nothing against U-47 and U-99! I myself have made a U-47

We'll see Bob.

I'd actually like to be able to SEE a model. That means anything in 72, 35, 32, 48 ...

700 ... my Aunt Fanny.
