hello Kenny,
do you mean general history or for a class of ships or a certain Navy?
you have the Jane's fighting ships copyright 1919. i have a full set,but they are vey hard to find.i have a Jane's fighting ships on Battleships of the 20th century, which has a lot on the WW1 ships and classes used by all the Navies.
you could check out the Imperial War Museum online.they have a lot of info on the ships that fought in WW1,also check out the Bibliography in the back of the books Dreadnought and Castle of Steel by Robert K. Massie.it shows where he got his info from.
hope this helps.
cheers,
Bruce
